Wendy Fleming is the ideal example of Integrity, energy, hard work, and creative service in every detail of your real estate transaction. Wendy grew up in Naples Florida building a successful real estate career and has now transfered her experience to the Shenango Valley.  She has worked every aspect of the industry representing Buyer, Sellers and Investors in the Residential Market.


Wendy is devoted to her amazing husband Bill and between them, there are five children and five grandchildren.

After acquiring a golf scholarship in college she has continued to utilize her golf skills in the Summers for Buhl Park she is a certified First Tee Golf coach in which she teaches the youth of Shenango Valley the core values and golf skills.
